[SPAM] Message left on server: "DHL Tracking Number 2284580833."

I wonder, are there any technology available to know there is a virus in an attachment stored on a mail server before it is fetched?! Probably one can mark some mails as 'Likely Harmful' based on Subject Line, or File Size Details.

The message "DHL Tracking Number 2284580833." from DHL Manager Pierre Denny (shipping@xxxxdhlxxxcom) contained a virus or a suspicious attachment. It was therefore not fetched from your account info@xxxxxxxx.com and has been left on the server.
If you wish to write to DHL, just hit reply and send DHL a message.
Thanks,
