It is a variant of common Lottery Scam.

The main reasons for identifying this as fraud are:

1) The awarder does not even know the name and contact details of the award winner! (Addresses the recipient by 'Dear Lucky Winner'!)
2) The contact e-mail ID: claimsdep@espncrickets.com is not an official one and its MX records shows that mails to this ID is delivered to a Windows Live/Hotmail Custom Email ID for Domains! (461ff140521209459971699599c439.pamx1.hotmail.com) ESPN STAR will never do such a thing!
3) The domain "espncrickets.com" is NOT OFFICIAL and there is no website live at that address.
4) The domain "espncrickets.com" is a recently registered one, it was created only in 16-feb-2012!
5) The new question in this variant at "14. Have You Won Before: Yes Or No? ........." is irrelevant! Any credible company will have maintained a record of their previous winners!
6) Lastly, please bear it in mind "NOTHING COMES FREE IN THIS WORLD"!!
